Der fachsprachliche Kurs "English for Sociology" wurde am Sprachenzentrum entwickelt und wird seither jedes Semester für Studierende der Soziologie angeboten. Der Präsenzunterricht wird ergänzt durch Aufgaben und Materialien auf der Lernplattform "Moodle".
Kursbeschreibung
In this course we will be exploring diverse text-based and audio-visual sociological materials on the internet and in traditional resources and looking at how English is being used by and for sociologists internationally. Face-to-face and online discussions, collaborative activities and presentations provide you with opportunities for developing your written and spoken English for academic purposes, for international communication and for broadening your general and specialist vocabulary.
